Power Purge and Maintenance Services

At AAMCO Amityville, NY we offer two advanced transmission maintenance services: Power Purge® and Power Purge® Plus. These services replace nearly all old, worn-out transmission fluid with clean fluid to improve performance and longevity.

Power Purge® Service includes:

• Multi-point transmission check
• Nearly complete fluid exchange, including torque converter and cooler
• New transmission fluid refill
• Test drive and leak check

Power Purge® Plus adds:

• Transmission pan removal and inspection
• Filter replacement or screen cleaning (if applicable)
• Replacement of pan gasket or sealing material (if equipped)

These services help prevent transmission problems by removing harmful, degraded fluid. Parts and availability may vary by vehicle.
